Posting Date: 24 Jul 2026 City: Bogota Location: Bogota, CO, 110221 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Energy Project Solutions Level of experience: Senior RINA is hiring a **Commissioning Manager (Wind Farm)** to work at the client’s site in **La Guajira.** **Mission** ---------- Plan and lead the commissioning and energization of systems (WTG, collector grid, substation, SCADA), ensuring testing, operational safety, and handover to O\&M. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Develop the Commissioning Plan, system boundary list, and sequence matrices (energization, testing, COD). Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and SAT per system, including operational permits (LOTO/energization). Manage punch list/defects, prioritizing closures for milestones (First Power, PAC, COD). Ensure documentation: procedures, test protocols, data books, and handover packages. Coordinate training and handover to O\&M (manuals, spare parts, tools). **Deliverables / Evidence** Commissioning Plan, system boundary list, and responsibility matrix (RACI). Test protocols and approved test result reports. Master punch list and system-level status reports. Handover packages to O\&M and energization/service commissioning certificates. **Suggested KPIs** Systems commissioned vs. plan; closure time for critical punch items. Post-energization events/alarms; re-trips. Compliance with LOTO/energization procedures (zero incidents). **Typical Interfaces:** PM/Site Manager, OEM, Electrical Coordinator, Control \& Protection, SCADA, Client/O\&M, Grid Operator. **Requirements** -------------- **GENERAL EXPERIENCE:** Professional with over 15 years of general experience in the Energy Sector. **SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:** Professional with over 6 years of specific experience in the relevant functional area and 1 year in wind power projects. **Recommended Requirements** Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineer. 7–12 years in industrial commissioning **Competencies and Tools** Interface and sequence management; documentary discipline.
