Position Summary: Foreign Trade Coordinator to optimize workflow, manage customs procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance in import operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages nationality procedures and logistics coordination 2. Handles import costing and advanced Excel 3. Ensures compliance with current customs and foreign exchange regulations REQUIREMENTS Technical, technological, or professional personnel in Foreign Trade or related fields, with 2 years of experience and immediate availability. FUNCTIONS Act as the primary liaison with customs agents, freight carriers, and airport authorities to optimize workflow. Coordinate pre-nationalization procedures with the Customs Agent. Coordinate with international and domestic freight carriers for cargo movement. Calculate import costs delivered to distribution centers to determine the import factor and record inventory entry. Handle import costing and advanced Excel usage. Actively monitor customs clearance to ensure timely and proper compliance, minimizing delays. Ensure all operations comply with current customs and foreign exchange regulations. Perform pre-invoicing of shipments and prepare pre-invoices per shipment based on cost settlement and origin costs. Input LCL consolidations and FCL shipments into the system. Register legalization invoice information notified by coordinators. Conduct control and tracking of container delivery at port and report maximum delivery dates. Support and assist the procurement department; candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing operational pace. Special import modalities and systems. Tariff classification, customs tariff, and tax calculation. Preparation of import declarations. Drafting of import and valuation declarations. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
