**Job Description Summary** The field production automated solution Leucipa™ is a strategic initiative within Oilfield Services & Equipment and offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performance team. The Leucipa implementation organization ensures that customers achieve desired outcomes by using the company's software, providing them with support, guidance, and resources to maximize product-derived value and satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Work with implementation team leads on project plans, sprint plans, and project tracking for Leucipa implementation projects. * Assist in creating technical documentation, test plans, and user manuals as needed. * Work with the Beacon support team to establish customer support processes for L1, L2, and L3 assistance. * Collaborate with the implementation team and product teams on technical support for active projects. * Maintain knowledge of Leucipa’s global offerings, including product updates and technical features. * Support implementation engineers in technical deployment activities for Leucipa as required. * Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently on projects * Detail-oriented * Highly collaborative and team-oriented individual * Goal-oriented and capable of meeting strict deadlines * Strong desire to develop and expand knowledge and experience. **Required Qualifications:** * Professional in petroleum engineering, computer science, systems, and/or related fields * Minimum of 3 years of IT operational experience and knowledge in the Oil & Gas industry * Advanced level of English * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office applications * Experience in handling and supporting internal and external customers. * Experience in project planning and execution, including agile methodology, DevOps. **Desired Characteristics:** * Experience with agile project methodologies * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to work in large, multifunctional, and multi-location teams. * Passionate about digital technologies in the workplace with an interest in current and emerging technologies in this space * Preferable experience in oil and gas production, Digital ESP platforms or Well Production Digital * Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **About Us:** We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
