This position is for Suppla S.A. **Role Objective** -------------------- Manage the various accounts under your responsibility to ensure operational basics, regional standardization of best practices, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement projects. All of this through collaboration with account managers and support from a work team. The candidate must guarantee efficiency and profitability for the assigned account and sector. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Develop a strategy together with sector leaders for your sector. * Support and ensure proper planning within the accounts. * Promote S2L across sectors, ensuring account profitability. * Analyze and jointly identify actions with account leaders to improve profitability. * Collaborate with peers to manage best practices and implement them consistently across accounts under responsibility. * Pursue continuous improvement that is replicable and ensures maximum positive financial impact on the account. **Requirements to Apply** --------------------------- * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration, with specialization in related fields (Desirable). * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of OMS systems. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics sector, focused on planning, process structuring, operational analysis, and continuous improvement. * Strong ability to identify optimization opportunities in logistics processes and propose effective solutions. * Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and conversation). * Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
