Our values guide how we work: * We care for our patients, each other, and our communities. * We connect teams and borders to deliver excellence together. * We commit to doing things right — growing with purpose and leading renal care with integrity and innovation **Maintenance Specialist** **Location:** Via Siberia\-Funza, Intexzona Free Trade Zone, On-site **About the Role:** Ensure execution and optimization of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, automation, and instrumentation systems at the plant, identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing failures, and promoting asset reliability to guarantee operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technically and administratively lead the maintenance team assigned to your area of responsibility. * Guarantee availability, reliability, and proper performance of equipment and facilities under your scope of control. * Ensure timely and high-quality execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, per the established schedule. * Coordinate diagnosis and resolution of complex failures, leading root cause analysis and implementing actions to prevent recurrence. * Ensure availability of critical spare parts required for maintenance activities. * Verify proper completion and closure of documentation generated during maintenance interventions, ensuring timely delivery for archiving and control. * Lead execution of technical investigations, risk analyses (FMEA), and CAPA plans when assigned. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), internal procedures, and Safety and Quality standards during work execution. * Monitor performance indicators for your area and implement actions aimed at improving equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency. * Promote staff technical development and a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. * \+5 years of industrial maintenance experience. * \+2 years of experience leading technical teams in production plants with highly automated machinery. * **Intermediate\-Advanced conversational English** * Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, automation, and instrumentation maintenance. * Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex failures. * Experience in technically demanding industries, preferably pharmaceutical, food, or highly automated manufacturing sectors. **What We Offer You:** There is much to discover at Fresenius Medical Care, regardless of your area of expertise or level of experience — all focused on your professional development.
