**Specific Job Responsibilities
1. SMETA Audits and Corporate Social Responsibility**
* **Lead, coordinate, and supervise the preparation and execution of SMETA audits** within the company, ensuring compliance with its four pillars: *Labor Standards, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics*.
* Collect, consolidate, and maintain up-to-date documentation, records, and evidence required for SMETA audits.
* Accompany external auditors during facility walkthroughs, worker interviews, and document reviews.
* Manage and implement **Corrective Action Plans (CAPR)** arising from findings or non-conformities identified during SMETA audits, ensuring timely closure.
**2. Plant and Production Quality Control**
* Continuously inspect and verify, via random sampling, the quality of parts manufactured at each stage of the production process.
* Conduct final review, verification, and approval of finished goods, validating packaging and presentation conditions prior to dispatch.
* Promptly report any detected defects or non-conformities to responsible operational staff and area leaders.
* Manage—subject to prior approval by the Production Director—and verify appropriate and timely correction of identified quality deviations.
**3. Process Management, Internal Audits, and Continuous Improvement (PDCA)**
* Design, document, and update standard operating procedures relevant to the quality department.
* Coordinate and conduct **internal quality audits**, and provide technical support during customer and certification body audits.
* Develop and implement feedback activities and continuous improvement plans across the production chain using the **PDCA cycle** (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
**4. Information Recording and ERP (Odoo) Management**
* Enter, record, and update production order information in the ERP system (**Odoo**) promptly.
* Systematically control, maintain, and update digital files and supporting documents related to job responsibilities.
* Require, verify, and audit the accurate and timely completion of production area control forms and performance indicators.
**5. Input, Chemical Substance, and Environmental Management**
* Administer, verify, and keep current technical data sheets for raw materials and inputs used by the company.
* Require and ensure proper use, safe storage, and appropriate final disposal of chemical substances employed in the plant.
* Analyze and manage waste generated in production processes, assess its environmental impact, and propose reduction and utilization plans.
**6. Occupational Safety, Health, and Plant Order**
* Support supervision and inspection of general order and cleanliness (*5S methodology*) across all production process areas.
* Monitor and enforce consistent and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by operational staff.
**7. Additional Responsibilities**
* Perform off-site assignments, procedures, or inspections when required by operations or external audits.
