We are committed to elevating travel \& culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region. **JOB PURPOSE:** Ensure cleanliness conditions for the company's equipment, aligned with quality regulations to meet food safety standards required by airlines and institutional clients. * Verify the daily work plan (VPS) with the supervisor. * Receive trolleys arriving from aircraft deplaning. * Perform waste decommissioning and sorting. * Wash tableware, glassware, cutlery, trays, trolleys, containers, and other airline-provided equipment. * Prepare clean equipment for delivery to production. * Maintain inventory as requested by the airline. b. Use assigned chemical products and machinery appropriately for cleaning. d. Implement established standards to maintain food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection. e.
