**Job Mission**
Design and lead the People \& Culture strategy for a Food and Beverage sector organization, strengthening leadership, consolidating an organizational culture aligned with company values and brand experience, and ensuring efficient, people-centric, and scalable human talent management that responds to the dynamics of a multi-location operation and contributes to the business’s sustainable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement the organizational culture and leadership strategy.
* Support the development of managers and leaders through training, assessment, and feedback processes.
* Lead talent selection, attraction, onboarding, development, and succession processes.
* Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
* Oversee end-to-end People operations: payroll, hiring, employee wellbeing, social security, and personnel administration.
* Lead the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
* Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies and other area vendors.
* Design and monitor culture, climate, engagement, turnover, and performance indicators.
* Prepare and control the department’s budget.
* Participate as a strategic business partner in the executive committee, supporting organizational growth and expansion initiatives.
* Drive the implementation of technological tools and artificial intelligence to optimize People processes.
**Requirements**
**Academic Qualifications**
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Specialization in Human Capital Management, Organizational Culture, Organizational Development, Administration, or MBA.
**Experience**
* Minimum 8 years leading People, Human Resources, or Organizational Culture departments.
* Experience managing teams of over 200 employees.
* Experience in high-turnover environments, food companies, staffing firms, and expansion processes.
