Job Summary:
We are seeking committed SSTA Inspectors focused on prevention and environmental protection for the Bogotá Metro project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) and environmental management in civil works
2. Conduct daily inspections to verify compliance with safety requirements
3. Promote compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (SSTA) standards in projects
A leading company in the metal-mechanical and construction sectors is seeking an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (SSTA) Inspector committed to prevention, safety, and environmental protection to work on the Bogotá METRO project.
Required Profile
* Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising and implementing SG\-SST and environmental management, as well as managing high-risk activities in civil works.
Requirements
* Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems.
* 50-hour course on SG\-SST.
* Valid Safe Work at Heights training course.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct daily inspections at construction fronts to verify compliance with safety procedures.
* Identify unsafe conditions and acts, report them, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Supervise compliance with measures established in the Environmental Management Plan (PMA) and other environmental requirements stipulated in the contract.
* Promote compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in projects.
Working Conditions
Salary: $3\.100\.000 \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits.
Contract: Fixed-term, directly with the company.
Work Modality: On-site.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, daytime shifts.
Work Location: Bogotá D.C.
