Contract Type: Service Provision Service Location: Patients' homes and the following clinics: Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, Clínica Montserrat, Clínica Universidad de la Sabana, Fundación CTIC, Clínica Palermo. Honorarium: $105.000 per shift Estimated monthly income: between $2.500.000 and $2.800.000 (depending on shifts completed) Required Profile: \- Nursing Assistant Technician (recent graduates accepted) \- Experience from training internships is acceptable \- Knowledge of vital signs measurement, medication administration, and basic patient care \- Empathetic, responsible attitude with a strong service vocation Service Conditions: \- Technical autonomy in service execution \- Availability to take shifts as required by service needs \- Services delivered directly at patients' homes \- No fixed working hours or hierarchical subordination established Main Responsibilities: \- Comprehensive companionship and care for elderly individuals \- Assistance with personal hygiene and mobility \- Medication administration according to medical instructions \- Reporting relevant patient updates Additional Benefits: Flexibility to take shifts according to availability Respectful and humane work environment Opportunity to gain experience and strengthen clinical skills Possibility of continued service provision based on performance On-the-job support and guidance when required We seek a committed, compassionate, and learning-oriented individual.
