Position Summary:
We are seeking Nursing Assistants with a service-oriented vocation to provide continuous, high-quality care in home hospitalization.

**Healthcare sector company** requires Nursing Assistants for its Home Hospitalization Program (HHP) in Bogotá D.C.
We seek responsible individuals with a service-oriented vocation and experience in home care, to deliver continuous, high-quality care to our patients.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Administer medications according to medical prescriptions, verifying dosage, route, and timing.
* Perform wound dressings and manage wound clinics per protocol.
* Carry out nursing care specific to the HHP: handling medical devices, oxygen, catheters, urinary catheters, and other patient support equipment.
* Measure vital signs and continuously monitor the patient's condition.
* Support professional nurses during more complex procedures.
* Timely record all activities in the assigned technological tool.
* Immediately report any clinical changes or deterioration in the patient's condition.
* Ensure complete handover of information to the next shift.
* Apply biosafety and waste management protocols at all times.
**Requirements**
* Graduated Nursing Technician/Assistant, with valid certification and active ReTHUS registration.
* Certified experience in Home Hospitalization Programs (HHP).
* Experience in medication administration and wound clinics.
* Availability for 24-hour shifts under a rotating schedule.
* Valid Class A2 driver's license
**Work Schedule**
24-hour shifts under a mirror-shift system (work/rest), with rest every 15 days. Rotation across zones (south and north) and weekend coverage according to scheduling.
**Salary**
$4.000.000 monthly.
**Contract Type**
Service Provision Contract (OPS). The contractor is responsible for their own social security contributions (health and pension). Payment is made monthly in arrears, between the 18th and 21st of each month.
**Work Location**
Bogotá D.C. – care provided at the patient's residence.
