Ensuring the accurate completion of records and forms **Job Description** ---------------------- A commercial-sector company operating as a logistics provider requires a Pharmacy Regent for its team in Bogotá. * Execute and supervise pharmaceutical service procedures and accreditation standards. * Manage inventory, rotation, and expiration dates of medications. * Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispensing of hospital medications. * Control and register controlled and state-monopoly medications. * Support the preparation of reports for the Department of Health and the National Narcotics Fund. * Inspect medication carts and emergency carts across various hospital departments. * Coordinate and support auxiliary staff of the Pharmaceutical Service. * Ensure the accurate completion of records, forms, and billing documentation. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment and instruments. * Report incidents and support internal and external audits. * Comply with assigned work schedules and shifts. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in the healthcare sector * Technical degree in Pharmacy Regency * Commercial / Hospital experience **Compensation** ---------------- 2110000**Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
