Drive AI adoption for agile and scalable organizations. **Description:** ---------------- At NGDS, we are looking for an AI Services Transformation Lead — a leader who wants to design the future of our clients’ operations through AI, automation, and process transformation. What will be your mission? To lead operational transformation projects, redesign business processes, and drive AI and technology adoption to build more efficient, agile, and scalable organizations. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Additional specialization or training in digital transformation, process automation, or AI applied to business is desirable. * Desired certifications: Process management certifications (Lean Six Sigma, BPM or equivalent); Agile methodologies (PSM I, CSM). Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2\+ certified) — ability to conduct executive-level conversations and deliver presentations in both languages. * Experience: Proven track record in roles combining operations, technology, and process consulting (Operations, Process Improvement, Consulting, Product Ops or equivalents). Experience and knowledge of technology-driven operations in the real estate, insurance, or education sectors is desirable. * Ability to understand complex operations, identify improvement opportunities, and convert them into measurable outcomes. * Experience managing clients and leading strategic initiatives with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. * Interest and expertise in using artificial intelligence as an enabler of operational transformation.
