Advanced proficiency in tools and financial analysis. **WE ARE HIRING!** We are looking for a **Costs and Budgeting Professional** with experience in the construction sector to support us in planning, controlling, and optimizing resources across our projects. **What are we looking for?** Civil Engineer or Architect with a **minimum of 6 years of experience** in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial control of construction projects, capable of ensuring profitability and efficiency in every project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and control of construction budgets. * Quantity and cost analysis. * Financial monitoring of projects. * Preparation of technical and economic reports. * Resource control and optimization. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Project** for construction scheduling and monitoring. * Preparation and control of construction schedules and timelines. * Preparation of project cash flow statements. * Analysis and preparation of contract balance sheets. * Experience in managing and analyzing contractual modifications. * Proficiency in Unit Price Analyses (APUs), unit price analysis, and cost control. **Location:** Bogotá, Colombia. **Work Mode:** On-site.
