




Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee installation projects for extraction systems, ventilation systems, and commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. End-to-end project management from planning through to closure A well-established Colombian industrial supplies company located at Kilometer 3.5, Cota Siberia Road, METROPOLITANO Industrial Park, is seeking an INSTALLATION COORDINATOR**;** who will be responsible for: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of installation projects for extraction systems, ventilation systems, and commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality, industrial safety, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Review drawings and validate constructability prior to commencement of installations. * Participate in project kick-off meetings. * Conduct pre-installation site visits with clients and site supervisors. * Identify technical, electrical, and mechanical risks. * Develop installation schedules. * Schedule work crews and resources. * Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics. * Conduct continuous site supervision. * Monitor overtime, travel allowances, and productivity. * Control installation budgets. * Ensure technical quality of installations. * Coordinate operational testing. * Manage delivery and project closure documentation. * Manage customer satisfaction. * Coordinate corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with SG\-SST standards. * Collaborate closely with the Installation Supervisor. **Requirements:** Education: Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electromechanical Technologist with extensive proven experience. Minimum 5 years leading industrial installations, electromechanical assemblies, HVAC, industrial ventilation, industrial ductwork, or technical construction projects. **Proven experience coordinating technical work crews.** Experience conducting site visits, resource scheduling, and project monitoring. **Benefits:** Direct employment contract with the company; salary negotiable based on experience. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Work Location: On-site employment
