Manage storage within Refactor, Replatform, Virtual Rehost, and P2V pods. Design efficient and secure storage strategies. Ensure data availability, performance, and backup. Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and cloud teams. Skills and Attributes for Success * Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Storage certifications: NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in storage. VMware (desirable). * Desired English proficiency level: B2\. To be eligible for this position, you must have * 5 years of experience in storage administration and high-volume data migrations. * Experience in technology transformation or cloud migration projects. * Experience in migration pods (Refactor, Replatform, Rehost). Knowledge of automation (Python, Bash). * Experience in storage performance optimization.
