Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to implement continuous improvement projects, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency in a flexographic printing plant. Propose improvements in methods, processes, and plant layout A leading company in the flexographic printing sector is looking for a Lean Manufacturing professional responsible for supporting the implementation of continuous improvement projects on-site, through time studies, process standardization, and analysis of operational data, with the aim of identifying optimization opportunities that boost productivity. Job Objective: Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects on-site by conducting time and motion studies, standardizing processes, and analyzing operational data, in order to identify optimization opportunities that contribute to increased productivity, waste reduction, and strengthened operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Conduct time and motion studies in production processes 2\. Analyze productivity, quality, and waste indicators. 3\. Design and monitor KPIs. 4\. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives. 5\. Generate periodic progress reports, findings, and recommendations for management. 6\. Propose improvements in methods, processes, and plant layout. Required Profile: \- Education: Industrial Engineer (degree holder or final semesters). \- Experience: 1–2 years in continuous improvement, methods and time studies, or productivity. \- Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI), project management. \- Manufacturing ERP knowledge \- Competencies: Analytical thinking, results orientation, effective communication, proactivity, and teamwork.
