As a Payroll Specialist Consultant at Deloitte, you will engage in key activities essential to your learning and professional development. You will deepen your understanding of payroll-related calculations, and the application of relevant laws and regulations, enabling you to formulate solutions to meet our clients’ requirements. Under the leadership of your Supervisor and Manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as: manual calculation of employee and employer payroll deductions and contributions, child support payments, analysis and entry of payroll incidents, validation of payroll incidents, registration of medical leaves and occupational risk cases. You will provide operational support on human resources, social security, and certification matters. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from different cultures, perspectives, specialties, and areas of expertise. What qualifications are required to apply? * Technical degree holder, or final-semester student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Finance, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in salary processing or personnel administration * Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, payroll processing, and tax calculations * Intermediate English proficiency * Tools: Microsoft Office suite; experience with payroll information systems * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detail Why Deloitte?
