Validate each requirement before acceptance into assigned pods. Execute tests during migration processes (Retirement, Replacement, Virtual Rehost, P2V). Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams. Ensure application quality throughout the modernization lifecycle. Skills and Attributes for Success * Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Specialization in software quality or testing is desirable. * Experience in QA for cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is desirable. * Desired English proficiency level: B2\. To be eligible for this position, you must have * 5 years of QA experience in digital transformation, migration, or modernization projects. * Experience in technology companies, consulting firms, or cloud service providers is desirable. * Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner). .
