We seek a **responsible, careful, and committed individual**, with experience in the safe and efficient operation of yellow machinery, following established procedures and ensuring the good condition of assigned equipment. Requirements * Technician, technologist, or training related to heavy machinery operation. * **Heavy machinery training certificate.** * **Minimum 3 years of specific experience as a Backhoe / Loader Operator.** * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Commitment to safety and compliance with work procedures. * Availability to work according to site needs and scheduling. Main Responsibilities * Operate the Backhoe / Loader and required tools on site safely. * Adhere to scheduled working hours and shifts according to the project schedule. * Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of assigned equipment. * Perform periodic lubrication, greasing, and cleaning of equipment. * Timely request required maintenance, spare parts, and supplies. * Carry out simple repairs and promptly report any damage or malfunction requiring specialized attention. * Safeguard assigned tools and equipment. * Report any damage or defect in the equipment to the immediate supervisor and **not abandon the machinery without prior notice**. * Comply with and implement guidelines of the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH\-MS)**. * Perform other job-related activities assigned by the Site Manager. Working Conditions * **Contract type:** Project-based or labor contract. * **Salary:** $2\.000\.000 \+ social benefits. * **Non-salary bonus:** $600\.000\. * **Work schedule:** According to site execution and scheduling. * **Work location:** As per project. * **Relocation:** If relocation to another city is required, the company **covers housing and food expenses**, in accordance with company-established conditions.
