Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Project Manager to design, configure, and optimize results-oriented digital management strategies using AI and automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and configure automated collection strategies 2. Optimize messages, workflows, and segmentation using AI and automation 3. Prepare and present results to clients We are a 100% digital contact center with no human agents. Our work is based on bots, automation, data, and artificial intelligence to manage collections, sales, and customer service. We seek a Project Manager who designs, configures, and optimizes results-oriented digital management strategies—creative, analytical, and results-driven individuals. **What will you do?** * Design and configure automated collection strategies. * Analyze customer and delinquency databases. * Optimize messages, workflows, and segmentation. * Measure and improve recovery results. * Prepare and present results to clients. * Use AI and automation to optimize your work. * Manage the project from start to finish. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of sales and collections. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Ability to analyze and present information. * Interest in or experience with AI tools. * Autonomy and results orientation. **What do we offer?** * Salary between $2\.100\.000 and $3\.100\.000\. * Uncapped commissions tied to actual results. * Indefinite-term contract.
