Our diverse and inclusive work environment drives professional growth and talent development at all levels. **Job Description** Ensure the company's supply chain for all SCM user sectors, coordinate with suppliers to comply with the guidelines established in the purchasing policy through a process of negotiation, data analysis, and indicators that allow effective control of the supply process. * Manage the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain to ensure proper delivery of goods or services * Plan supply based on business needs * Plan the company’s purchasing requirements to achieve greater efficiency in acquiring goods and services. * Conduct ongoing corporate-level negotiations that benefit the organization by securing better prices and payment terms; likewise, continuously review supplier performance and offered rates * Ensure the continuous search for potential suppliers to enable timely receipt of a greater number of offers. * Permanently analyze purchasing behavior to define strategies that allow anticipation and achieve better prices and service and product quality. * Carry out controlled macro negotiations via syslog with global product volumes aiming to reduce costs. * Support the management of legal reviews of contracts signed with suppliers at the national level, ensuring compliance with established procedures for this purpose, validating issues related to guarantees, bonds, and non-compliance * Perform an analysis regarding quality, compliance, specifications, terms of reference, price, and delivery times of suppliers participating in purchasing processes. * Define critical items to be managed through warehouse inventory and their respective minimum stock levels. * Ensure periodic national supplier evaluations according to the guidelines defined in the purchasing policy, identifying critical suppliers that need to improve their quality and safety indicators. * Verify and control purchasing processes to ensure they are executed in compliance with the company's defined policies and procedures. * Generate and analyze monthly departmental indicators and produce reports on efficiency, effectiveness, and performance. * Send monthly purchase reports to each sector, highlighting critical points to correct and indicators showing improvement. * Prepare all reports requested by the regional office and headquarters. * Actively participate in global procurement. **Requirements** Academic background: Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in logistics and supply chain. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within purchasing, logistics, and/or international trade teams. Experience in implementing new ERPs. Availability to travel up to 60% of the time throughout Central America. Languages: Minimum English proficiency level of 80% in speaking and writing (C1). Experience in similar industries or sectors.
