Position Objective Comprehensively coordinate recruitment, hiring, personnel administration, labor-related updates, employee welfare, performance management, discipline, and employee separation processes—ensuring organized, documented, and policy-compliant human resources management aligned with Colombian labor legislation. This position is exclusively focused on Human Resources. Main Responsibilities Execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for administrative, commercial, logistics, and operational personnel. Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection tests. Verify candidates’ employment references and documentation. Coordinate direct hiring processes and those conducted through temporary staffing agencies. Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, addendums, job description manuals, minutes, certifications, and other worker-related documents. Maintain complete, up-to-date, and organized physical and digital resumes and personnel files. Track pending-signature documents and follow up until formalization. Manage payroll-related updates—including overtime, medical leaves, permissions, licenses, vacations, absences, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and separations. Timely provide the Accounting Department with necessary information for payroll and social security calculations. Monitor probation periods, performance, adaptation, and responsibility fulfillment. Support area leaders in performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and improvement plans. Prepare disciplinary notices, summons to hearings, minutes, labor commitments, and other disciplinary documents—with Management oversight as required. Coordinate contract termination processes, role handovers, clearance certificates, return of company assets, and document closure. Administer processes related to SENA apprentices—including calls for applications, documentation, hiring, and follow-up. Coordinate wellness, integration, workplace climate, recognition, and internal communication activities. Respond to employee inquiries regarding contracts, payments, vacations, permissions, and internal procedures. Prepare reports and indicators on turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, hiring, vacations, medical leaves, and personnel updates. Support the updating of the Internal Work Regulations, labor policies, HR procedures, and templates. Collaborate closely with Management, Accounting, area leaders, and temporary staffing agencies. Coordinate with the Management System Engineer to ensure employee participation in inductions, re-inductions, trainings, occupational examinations, and SG-SST and PESV-related activities. Maintain organized records of attendance, call notices, medical leaves, and labor-related updates as required by the Management System responsible person. The Human Resources Coordinator must provide administrative and documentary support related to employees. Required Profile Professional or Technologist degree in one of the following fields: Psychology. Business Administration. Human Resources Administration. Human Talent Management. Industrial Engineering. Law with labor experience. Administrative or related disciplines. Experience Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources or Human Talent processes. Experience in selection, hiring, payroll updates, personnel administration, and document management. Practical knowledge of Colombian labor legislation. Experience issuing disciplinary notices, minutes, and labor documents; managing employee onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding processes. Experience working with administrative, commercial, logistics, or operational staff. Tracking of SENA apprentices. Basic knowledge of disciplinary procedures. Development of Human Resources indicators. Required Competencies High level of organization and follow-up. Responsibility and commitment to compliance. Excellent handling of confidential information.
