Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate Technician/Professional in related fields to develop expertise in the quality area, performing quality monitoring and control, document management, and supporting audits. Document management and handling of complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and claims (PQRS) We are currently seeking a **Technician in Quality Management, Industrial Processes, Industrial Production, or related fields**, or a **recently graduated Professional in Industrial Engineering**, with interest in developing expertise in the quality area. We seek an organized, analytical, proactive individual with attention to detail, excellent process tracking ability, and strong teamwork skills. Main Responsibilities: * Perform quality monitoring and control per machine during the production process. * Administer and maintain up-to-date internal documentation of the Quality Management System. * Verify proper completion and compliance with organizational forms. * Manage the handling, response, and follow-up of complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and claims (PQRS) from customers and suppliers. * Conduct laboratory tests according to internal procedures and record their results. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across various production areas. * Monitor and track applicable legal documentation for the Quality Management System. * Support internal audit activities and continuous improvement processes. * Prepare reports and indicators related to quality area performance. Requirements: * Technician or recently graduated Professional in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, and document management is desirable. * Experience (including internships) in quality processes within the production sector is desirable.
