Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, and automated solutions, driving the evolution of an enterprise platform and AI innovation. Contribute to the standardization and evolution of the enterprise platform ### **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a candidate with experience in cloud engineering and platform development, capable of designing, implementing, and operating secure, scalable, and automated solutions. This role will contribute to the evolution of an enterprise platform—strengthening infrastructure, continuous delivery processes, backend development, observability, and AI capabilities—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, future-ready solutions. ### **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud architectures; * Manage infrastructure, platform services, and application environments; * Build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate environment configuration; * Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js/Express and MongoDB/Mongoose; * Build and maintain web interfaces using Vue 3 Composition API, Vuetify, and Pinia; * Implement distributed solutions using Redis and queuing systems such as BullMQ or equivalents; * Design solutions capable of operating in multi\-replica and distributed environments; * Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, business analysis, and delivery teams to stabilize and scale the platform; * Integrate the platform with enterprise services such as Microsoft Graph, Outlook, Slack, Box, and other corporate solutions; * Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, event logging, and incident response capabilities; * Incorporate automated testing, security scanning, and quality controls into the delivery pipeline; * Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guides; * Promote DevSecOps best practices and governance for AI-assisted engineering tools; * Contribute to platform standardization to facilitate scalability and evolution as a product; * For AI initiatives, contribute to the design and implementation of agents, LLM integrations, vector search, and RAG architectures. ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role; * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); * Hands-on experience with GCP/GKE and Kubernetes; * Knowledge of GCP services such as Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, and Secret Manager; * Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express; * Production experience working with MongoDB and Mongoose; * Real-world experience with Vue 3 Composition API, Vuetify, and Pinia; * Experience with Redis and queuing systems such as BullMQ or equivalent tools; * Experience working with distributed architectures and multi\-replica applications; * Knowledge of cloud networking, identity management (IAM), access administration, secret management, and secure configuration; * Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build, or similar tools; * Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or Pulumi); * Experience with containers and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or managed platforms; * Knowledge of application operations, deployment management, production support, and incident response; * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus; * Experience automating tasks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent languages; * Knowledge of integrations via APIs, OAuth, Service Principals, and connectivity with enterprise SaaS platforms; * Experience with DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, dependency management, and Secure SDLC controls; * Ability to document architectures, dependencies, operational processes, and deployment procedures; * Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency. ### **Specific Requirements for the AI Role:** * Practical experience integrating and using LLMs in applications; * Knowledge of agent design and tool\-use architectures; * Experience with Anthropic SDK is highly valued; * Experience implementing vector search and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions; * Experience with Pinecone or equivalent vector search platforms; * Ability to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and platforms. ### **Differentiators:** * Experience in AI-assisted development environments; * Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, SonarQube, Snyk, or similar platforms; * Experience incorporating automated testing into legacy or low-coverage applications; * Knowledge of integrations with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Microsoft Graph; * Experience in financial services, private markets, investor relations, or enterprise platforms; * Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore); * Experience combining operational support activities with platform modernization;
