Management of audits and operational risks ### **Description** Professional or soon-to-graduate industrial engineer with knowledge and experience in the IT sector; main responsibilities include: monitoring and control of operational audits, continuous improvement, operational and information security risks, contract GAP analysis, quality assurance plan, follow-up on complaints, suggestions, and inquiries (PQR), document management, and process maturity assessment. Preferably with experience, knowledge, and/or certifications as an internal auditor for ISO standards 9001, 27001, 20001, 45001, and ITIL.
