Assistance in reporting and audits GENCELL is seeking an Administrative Accounting Technician or Technologist in related fields. * Document organization and classification: Includes collecting, organizing, and classifying documents according to established criteria, either physically and/or digitally. * Database updating and tracking. * Document updating: Ensuring documentation is up-to-date and available in its latest version. * Responding to documentary requests from other company departments or external entities. * Assisting in regulatory affairs activities, including preparation, organization, and review of technical and legal information required for regulatory procedures—such as sanitary registrations, certifications of non-mandatory requirements, responses to official requests, among others—submitted to the relevant health authority. * Collaborating in the preparation of minutes, reports, and summaries. * Assisting in audit preparations. * Supporting the development of documents and training materials.
