This person will coordinate daily activities, supervise inventory, monitor sales indicators, and maintain the store's appearance according to company standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead sales point staff. * Ensure achievement of sales and productivity targets. * Manage inventories, orders, and goods reception. * Ensure compliance with customer service policies. * Guarantee order, cleanliness, and presentation of the sales point. * Report operational and administrative updates. * Manage team schedules, shifts, and training. * Cash register closing. **Requirements:** * Education: High school graduate, technical or associate degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum **1 to 2 years** in similar roles (sales point leader, store manager, sales supervisor). * Knowledge: Cash handling, inventory management, sales indicators, customer service. * Skills: Leadership, assertive communication, organization, teamwork, and results orientation.
