




* At **ADCEDA SYSTEMS S.A.S.**, we are looking to add to our team a professional who is **committed, proactive, and customer-service oriented**, to provide first-level technical support and ensure effective service delivery, both remotely and on-site. \* * Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues in **hardware and software**. * Install and configure **certified devices** (e.g., SMART DEVICE, VIRDI). * Provide remote and on-site technical support at client locations. * Manage cases and incidents via email. * Escalate complex cases to level 3 support or development teams. * Deliver basic user training on platform and device usage. * Perform preventive maintenance and support for platforms and databases. * Generate technical reports and document procedures. * Participate in daily operational meetings. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to support. * **Availability to travel** to other cities (for implementations, training, and support). Requirements: * Technical or technological education in **Electronics, Systems, or related fields**. * Knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking, and customer service. * Ability to work in teams, document processes, and solve problems efficiently. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
