WE DO. **Job Mission:** Design and implement exhibition solutions that make an impact through the real-life functionality of products. **Job Responsibilities:** RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and implement furnishing and décor solutions in Room Settings, Homes, Vignettes, and sales-support areas, ensuring brand identity. * Identify improvement opportunities to implement initiatives that support sales and profitability within the store, adapting them to the pace of business. * Understand the local market according to established procedures, translating insights into functional in-store display needs. * Guarantee quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost awareness when planning and implementing all product presentation solutions, complying with local and global standards and procedures. * Know and regularly update the exhibition matrix to reflect a broad variety of styles, situations, and price levels, creating visual rhythm through diverse impressions. * Perform various tasks and/or responsibilities assigned by leaders within store operations. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, or Architecture. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max). Knowledge and experience using design software (Autodesk Revit preferred). **Offer Conditions:
