




An industrial sector company is looking for an **Operations Manager** to support daily service coordination and maintain the operational flow of the site. We are seeking an organized, agile individual with strong communication skills who enjoys working with customers and supporting basic administrative and operational tasks. **What will you do in this role?** * Support scheduling and confirmation of services. * Coordinate basic resources: available technicians, basic routes, and required documentation. * Maintain communication with clients to confirm schedules, updates, and adjustments. * Record information in Excel and internal platforms. * Review documents, supporting materials, and reports for closing each service. * Support basic inventory, petty cash, and general site organization. **What are we looking for?** * Candidates with a minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative, operational, or logistical tasks. * Basic proficiency in **Excel** and office software tools. * Excellent customer service attitude. * Organizational skills, clear communication, and attention to detail. * Technical or technological education in administrative, logistics, or related fields (not mandatory). **Position Conditions** * **Contract type:** Indefinite term. * **Work mode:** On-site. * **Salary:** Negotiable based on experience. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday (business hours).
