Job Summary: Human Talent Analyst to manage training, development, and wellness at PROASCOL S.A., a leader in risk logistics management. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare strategic reports and management indicators. At PROASCOL S.A., a leading company in risk logistics management for the insurance sector, we are seeking a Human Talent Analyst focused on Training and Development to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Document and update area processes and protocols. Design methods for measuring workplace climate through surveys and propose improvement actions. Assign training, wellness, and performance evaluation programs. Conduct employee onboarding and re-onboarding. Prepare strategic reports and management indicators. Requirements: Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum experience: 2 years in human talent areas (training, development, performance, and wellness). Knowledge: Intermediate Excel, management indicator handling. Desirable: Power BI proficiency, digital content design for training and internal communications.
