Drive execution and anticipate project risks. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. This role is responsible for providing structure, visibility, and control to initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guaranteeing the proper implementation of solutions impacting logistics operations. Desired Profile We seek a highly organized, structured, and results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel and bridging technical and operational teams. This person must act as an enabler—driving execution, anticipating risks, and maintaining constant visibility into project status. Main Responsibilities Lead logistics projects from definition through implementation. Plan and control schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Manage backlog and area requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, BI, operations, business). Ensure traceability, change control, and documentation. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, managing their resolution. Support initiative prioritization with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with methodologies (agile, hybrid, or traditional).
