This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Lead and coordinate the administrative and financial processes of the operation, ensuring budgetary control, financial data analysis, resource optimization, and compliance with administrative procedures—contributing to strategic decision-making and achievement of organizational goals. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in administrative and/or financial coordination roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, management indicators, and payroll processes. * Leadership, analytical, organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Administer and monitor the operational budget. * Track budget compliance and analyze variances. * Prepare financial and administrative reports to support decision-making. * Analyze management indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement plans. * Control and optimize the operation’s financial resources. * Support financial and administrative planning. * Coordinate administrative processes linked to the finance area. * Manage and monitor procurement processes. * Support and oversee the payroll process. * Manage and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreements. * Supervise the cleaning and maintenance team. * Host inspections from the Department of Health and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Implement continuous improvement actions in administrative and financial processes
