Role Description Manage the systems under your responsibility—including addressing and resolving all incidents arising from these systems, as well as fulfilling requests for new functionalities or enhancements initiated by the business area. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Software Engineering, with extensive experience as a developer. English proficiency level B1–B2. Responsibilities * Address all support cases opened for the application under your responsibility. * Document all assigned cases or incidents. * Utilize assigned tools for incident (case) management. * Address and process functional requirements originating from the business area. * Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the support team of the affected application. * If required, collaborate with the vendor to handle cases escalated to them. * Proactively request infrastructure to provide vendor access when necessary. * Attend departmental meetings to which you are invited. * Attend client meetings (internal and/or external) to which you are invited. * Comply with company policies and regulations. * Manage all activities inherent to your role. * Availability to work outside agreed hours for exceptional cases.
