




Job Summary: Supports the strategic management of road safety and human talent by conducting inspections, verifications, and follow-ups to maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST). Assists in updating risk matrices and implementing the Road Safety Management Plan (PESV) A construction materials processing, trading, and distribution company located in Tocancipá, Cundinamarca, requires an HSEQ Assistant with a technical or technological degree in Occupational Health and Safety (SST) or Human Resources (HR), plus a 50-hour SST course. Basic office software skills; 6 months to 1 year of experience (preferred). Field and office work. Responsibilities: Support the strategic road safety and HR plan to reinforce the SGSST and human talent activities. Conduct safety inspections, verify personal protective equipment (PPE), and monitor road conditions. Accompany inductions, training sessions, and incident or accident reporting. Assist in updating risk matrices and implementing the Road Safety Management Plan (PESV). Verify vehicle documents, driver records, and preventive road safety activities. Salary: COP $1,800,000 including all statutory benefits + transportation allowance + COP $200,000 non-liquidable extralegal food allowance.
