JOB OPENING: INVENTORY ANALYST (Tocancipá) We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our operations team in Tocancipá. If you have experience in stock control, merchandise turnover, and analytical tools, this opportunity is for you! Job Purpose To comprehensively supervise and control inventory management, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, appropriate product rotation, and product availability in accordance with the company’s quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: Control and Monitoring: Supervise stock inflows/outflows, conduct physical counts and periodic audits, and manage discrepancies between physical vs. theoretical inventory. Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data to identify turnover trends and obsolescence; develop management indicators (KPIs). Stock Management: Establish reorder points and safety stock levels, and coordinate with procurement/logistics to prevent stockouts. Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to storage and traceability procedures. Candidate Profile: Education: Technician or Professional degree in Telematics, Database Management, Computer Science Teaching, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in roles involving turnover analysis, inventory control, and efficient inventory storage. Technical Requirements (Mandatory): Expert-level SAP proficiency. Expert-level Excel skills (data analysis and extraction). Other Requirements: Must be over 30 years of age. Offer Conditions: Location: Tocancipá, Cundinamarca. Salary: $ 2.200.000 + Statutory benefits.
