We are looking for: JUNIOR OSH LEADER Work location: Tocancipá, Cundinamarca Salary: $1,856,000 + Transportation allowance $211,000 Contract type: Project-based or service contract Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Are you passionate about Occupational Safety and Health and eager to strengthen your professional experience? This opportunity is for you! Required Profile: Technician, student, or professional in Occupational Safety and Health. Valid OSH license or in process (if applicable). 6 months to 1 year of experience in OSH-related positions. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Experience conducting inspections, training, and investigations of occupational incidents and accidents. Key Responsibilities: Implement activities of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Conduct OSH training and inductions. Carry out safety inspections and monitor working conditions. Support investigations of occupational incidents and accidents. Follow up on action plans derived from inspections and investigations. Update and disseminate hazard and risk matrices. Actively participate in the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST), Emergency Brigades, and other supporting committees. Verify proper use of personal protective equipment. Manage work permits for high-risk tasks. Conduct visits to assigned plants and workplaces. Participate in internal and external audits. Prepare management and activity follow-up reports for OSH.
