Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Professional in administrative or logistics fields, proactive and organized, to support the management and control of logistical and operational processes. A prominent industrial-sector company, leader in the manufacturing and marketing of POP products, is seeking a Technician or Professional in administrative, logistics, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience performing similar functions in logistical and operational processes. We seek an organized, proactive, detail-oriented individual with skills in efficient inventory management and dispatch coordination, who wishes to strengthen their professional growth within a dynamic and continuously developing environment. Main Responsibilities: - Support the management and control of internal logistical processes. - Management and control of physical and digital inventories. - Coordination and tracking of dispatches and deliveries. - Verification of materials, supplies, and industrial tools. - Support in optimizing logistical and operational processes. - Preparation of reports and tracking using Excel. - Compliance with procedures and other duties related to the position. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Availability for overtime when required by operations). Salary: $1,800,000 + $200,000 fixed mobility bonus + $249,095 transportation allowance + overtime pay. Payments: Biweekly.
