Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to directly support the Area Manager/Director in structuring commercial proposals and profitability analysis, transforming data into strategic decisions. Cross-functional collaboration with business leaders across various areas We are looking for our next Senior Pricing Analyst — a strategic position providing direct support to the Area Manager/Director for structuring commercial proposals and profitability analysis. What will you do? You will be a key contributor in structuring commercial proposals and conducting profitability analysis for corporate clients in the financial and business sectors. You will work closely with business leaders to design competitive, sustainable, and growth-strategy-aligned pricing models. Your main challenges: Design pricing and costing models for labor-intensive services Structure quotations and commercial proposals (RFP/RFQ) Analyze profitability by client and service Build financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses Create dashboards and reports in Excel and/or Power BI Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Human Resources, Technology, and Legal What are we looking for? Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields 2 to 4 years of experience in pricing, costing, commercial finance, or proposal structuring Desirable experience in service companies, BPOs, or outsourcing firms Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability Power BI is a plus We highly value analytical, strategic, organized individuals with business acumen.
