We are currently looking for an External Commercial Advisor with a commercial focus, results orientation, and passion for customer service to strengthen our sales team. What Are We Looking For? Individuals with experience in external sales, prospecting and maintaining customers, accounts receivable collection, and meeting commercial KPIs, located in Chía, Zipaquirá, or surrounding areas. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in external sales of tangible or intangible products. Experience in customer acquisition and retention. Own vehicle (motorcycle or car). Main Responsibilities: Marketing of assigned product portfolio. Prospecting new customers and maintaining active customers. Accounts receivable management. Commercial and technical product advisory. Achievement of budget targets and commercial KPIs. Employment Conditions: Direct and indefinite-term contract with the company. Base salary: COP 1,751,000 + Mobility allowance: COP 700,000 + 100% performance-based commissions with no ceiling + Statutory benefits. Training Process: You will undergo a two-week training program: 1 week of virtual training. 1 week of in-person training.
