




Job Summary: Support payroll, social security, and documentation management while addressing employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in payroll and social benefits settlement. 2. Management of social security affiliations and updates. 3. Organization and archiving of payroll documentation. Register and validate payroll updates: shifts, overtime hours, night shift surcharges, Sunday and holiday surcharges. Support payroll settlement for operational and administrative staff. Assist in calculating social benefits (bonus, severance pay, vacation pay). Manage social security affiliations and updates (EPS, ARL, AFP, compensation fund). Review inconsistencies. Update departmental reports and databases. Organize and archive payroll documentation.
