Opportunity for growth within an expanding brand. **OPEN POSITION \| STORE MANAGER – RÜ PATISSERIE** At **Rü Patisserie**, a high-end pastry café located in Bogotá, we are looking for a person with leadership ability, commercial acumen, and passion for service to assume the role of **Store Manager**. We seek someone who not only supervises the team but is also responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly every day: **sales, service, inventory, cash handling, staff, quality standards, and customer experience.** What will be your mission? You will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive store operations and leading the team to achieve commercial and service objectives. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supervise and coordinate the work team. * Ensure compliance with service protocols and customer experience standards. * Perform store opening and closing procedures. * Manage cash handling, sales, and payment methods. * Monitor inventory levels, waste, and restocking. * Ensure compliance with cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards. * Supervise proper display and storage of our products. * Drive sales and develop additional sales strategies (cross\-selling and upselling). * Conduct daily monitoring of sales and operational KPIs. * Manage staff-related incidents and maintain a professional work environment. * Prepare operational reports and propose continuous improvements. * Be primarily responsible for maintaining the Rü experience during every shift. We are looking for someone who: Has experience managing restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail, or food-and-beverage businesses. Has experience leading teams. Is organized, responsible, and highly detail-oriented. Possesses commercial skills and a results-driven mindset. Can work under pressure and solve problems with sound judgment. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Is proactive and capable of making decisions. Understands basic concepts of inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
