Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Kitchen Assistants in food production and service to support food preparation, cleaning and disinfection, and ensure food safety and service efficiency. Opportunity to work in a team within a multinational A major multinational is currently seeking Kitchen Assistants with more than 6 months of experience who demonstrate outstanding performance across various production and service areas. Main Responsibilities: Support and assist in food preparation, replenishing the service line, washing of tableware and utensils, and cleaning of the work area, ensuring efficient service delivery. Perform cutting, washing, and disinfection of fruits and vegetables, ensuring product safety. Prepare foods for menu item preparation: soups, salads, and main courses, ensuring adequate supply. Review the menu for breakfast preparation, verifying quantities, ingredients, and hot beverages. Wash kitchen utensils and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and disinfection of the preparation area. Replenish the service line with required foods to ensure uninterrupted service. Perform cleaning and disinfection of machinery, floors, and walls to maintain hygiene in the area.
