Maintenance Coordinator - Mechanical Engineer

Description

Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, supervising work and responding to service requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Supervision of system installations and specific maintenance activities. 3. Fault detection and execution of repairs. Develop the annual preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and facilities. Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Coordinate and supervise installation works for piping systems, electrical networks, gas networks, and other specific maintenance activities contracted with external companies. Perform work at heights and comply with applicable legal requirements. Provide information to the Production Coordinator, Administrator, or Manager regarding performed maintenance and repairs, adherence to established schedules, and any incidents occurring during the process. Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to detect faults and carry out appropriate repairs. Respond to work order requests, service complaints, maintenance and repair requests, and execute corresponding activities to resolve issues.
