We seek a passionate, strategic Restaurant Administrator with high-impact leadership to lead our operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Gastronomy, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years leading high-impact, high-volume restaurants. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Supervise opening, daily operations, and closing of the unit, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards. Financial Control: Comprehensive P&L (Profit and Loss) management, control of food and beverage (F&B) costs, inventory management, and budget compliance. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team (kitchen, bar, and service), fostering an excellent workplace climate. Customer Experience: Guarantee excellence in service delivery, efficiently managing PQRS (Petitions, Queries, Complaints, and Suggestions), and cultivating customer loyalty. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (GMP), and current labor legislation. Technical Requirements and Competencies: Proven experience using gastronomic software (POS systems, inventory management systems). Soft Skills: Transformational leadership, assertive communication, frustration tolerance, and strong conflict resolution capabilities.
