Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment, networks, and technological systems at the administrative headquarters and sales points. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive on-site and remote technical support for users 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Network management and support (structured cabling) and billing systems A leading national food manufacturing and distribution company is currently seeking a Systems Technician to strengthen its IT team. We seek a Systems Technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s equipment, networks, and technological systems—both at the administrative headquarters and across various nationwide sales points. Key responsibilities include: - Providing on-site and remote technical support to users. - Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. - Installing and configuring software and hardware. - Diagnosing and repairing computers and printers. - Managing and supporting networks (structured cabling). - Assisting in server administration. - Managing and tracking technological inventory. - Addressing technical requests and incidents. Requirements: * Technical or technological degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in comprehensive technical support. Knowledge required in: Software (installation, configuration, licensing) Hardware (maintenance and repair) Networks and structured cabling Printers and peripherals User support Problem diagnosis and resolution skills RDES handling, printer maintenance, and billing systems; Proactivity and service orientation. Working Conditions: Salary: $2,000,000 Contract type: Indefinite-term contract Work modality: On-site Working hours: Office-based schedule with flexibility as required by operations (including travel to nationwide sales points).
