




Position Summary: We are seeking personnel to manage affiliate requests, process PQRSR, register agreements, and monitor the issuance of membership cards and collection of contributions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in managing affiliation and disaffiliation requests. 2. Handling PQRSR and registration of personnel linked to agreements. 3. Monitoring and tracking the issuance of membership cards and collection of contributions. We are looking for candidates with a Technical Degree in Hospitality, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Technologist degree in Business Management, Administrative Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of eighteen (18) months of experience in functions related to this position: * Manage affiliate and/or user requests related to affiliation, card issuance, and disaffiliation. * Receive, process, and provide appropriate responses to affiliates' PQRSR. * Register personnel linked to agreements in the corresponding system. * Manage and monitor the nationwide issuance of affiliation cards and files, as well as their proper destruction. * Monitor, verify, and conduct monthly follow-up on contribution collections. * Register personnel linked to agreements in the corresponding system. * Manage requests received via email and/or through the corresponding system.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 2 years of experience Knowledge: Analytical ability, Coordination ability, User support, Accounting, Finance, Business management, Microsoft Excel, Customer service, Client attention, Business administration Keywords: analyst, care
