Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming Guests: - Warmly greet customers and assign tables. - Explain the menu and provide recommendations. Taking Orders: - Practice active listening and accommodate allergies or preferences. - Suggest appropriate complementary items. Coordination with Kitchen and Bar: - Enter orders into the system and monitor delivery times. - Maintain smooth communication to ensure efficient service. Table Service: - Deliver dishes appropriately and verify customer satisfaction. - Promptly attend to additional requests. Handling Complaints: - Resolve issues empathetically. - Communicate effectively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Closing the Service: - Present the bill, process payment, and offer a professional farewell. Closing Tasks: - Clean and restock supplies. - Report any incidents or updates to the supervisor or next shift. Requirements: o Prior experience in the field (preferred). o Proficiency in POS systems for order taking and billing. o Knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques. o Protocol service and customer service skills. o Compliance with biosafety standards and personal presentation requirements. o Ability to coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
