**Description**
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and storing packages.
**Responsibilities:**
* Receiving goods
Receive, inspect, and verify products according to shipping documents or invoices (imports / local purchases); check quantities, condition, and dates (where applicable); report damaged or missing items; classify products based on temperature requirements.
* Storage and organization
Sort and place products on assigned shelves or in designated areas; maintain warehouse order and proper labeling; implement storage systems (FEFO).
* Inventory control
Support physical counts and periodic reviews; record product receipts and shipments; report inventory discrepancies.
* Order preparation and dispatch
Pick and pack products; verify orders prior to dispatch; load and unload goods.
* Housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety
Keep the warehouse clean and organized; comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements; operate basic equipment (pallet jack, forklift, if authorized).
* Administrative support
Enter data into systems or spreadsheets; file warehouse documents; process orders in SAP system; provide customer service.
**Requirements**
High school diploma
Six months of warehouse experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Willingness to work onsite in Siberia.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday \- as required by operational needs.
